Technical Content Specialist

At the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry, we seek an accomplished Technical Content Specialist to spearhead the creation, refinement, and maintenance of our knowledge base content. This role demands expertise in distilling complex technical information into clear, engaging content that empowers customers to self-serve while fostering internal efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems. Additionally, they will be adept at integrating AI tools for writing, summarization, insights, and content upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new and updated knowledge base articles, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, snippets, and internal enablement documents.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to thoroughly understand new features and translate technical detail into actionable, customer-facing content.
  • Work closely with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to identify knowledge gaps, improve internal workflows, and surface recurring issues.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, currency, and discoverability of our KB content.
  • Mentor junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Drive the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
  • Provide training/reference content to expedite onboarding and upskilling of internal employees.
