Job Summary

Create a compelling online presence by crafting engaging content and leveraging digital platforms to drive growth and deliver measurable results across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage all content types — static, video, copy, voice, imagery, editing, uploading, and reporting.
  • Design and create captivating content that reflects the brand's tone and resonates with target audiences.
  • Maintain awareness of trending stories, market insights, and opportunities relevant to our audience.
  • Leverage search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, affiliate marketing, and social media strategies to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Optimize the online customer journey to increase conversion through content personalization.
  • Analyze traffic data to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.
  • Nurture stakeholder relationships, collaborate with partners, industry experts, and influencers.
  • Manage website content during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistent branding across digital channels.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital or content marketing environment.
  • In-depth understanding of long-lead customer journeys, preferably in property and investment cycles.
  • Expertise across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms with tailored strategies for each.
  • Proven knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, social, and display advertising.
  • Experience working in omnichannel environments, including websites, CRM systems, customer care, and advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into qualified leads, community growth, and sales.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics is essential.
  • Creative, proactive, and results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that exceed business objectives.
