Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate patients on various topics related to healthcare and insurance.
You will be working closely with doctors' offices to secure authorization, ensuring seamless coordination and effective patient care.
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Nursing or Medical Allied Course Degree
- At least 12 months of BPO Voice Experience
- Able to work in an On-site Setup
- Flexible with Graveyard and Rotating Shifts
