Job Summary:

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the efficient operation and overall management of the clinic. This role involves overseeing daily clinical activities, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering high-quality patient care. The Clinic Manager acts as a liaison between administrative staff, healthcare providers, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality of patient care.

  • Supervise and manage clinic staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as billing, coding, patient records, and inventory management.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and confidentiality standards.

  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and enhancing service quality.

  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic workflow.

  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and manage clinic expenses.

  • Maintain relationships with vendors, insurance companies, and other external partners.

  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Proven experience in healthcare management or clinic administration.

  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and office software.
