Strategic Assessment Leader

This is a critical role in our team, responsible for the customer experience and quality of the assessment services delivered, helping organizations define a roadmap to achieve their strategic goals.

Our ideal candidate will leverage and grow critical career skills in collaboration with the Microsoft Solution Assessment teams. They will also benefit from the broad network of Inviso lines of business and client relationships across Azure, BI, Software Asset Management (SAM), Marketing, and Consulting solution areas.

  • End-to-end execution of Strategic Assessment, managing and executing activities required to perform an assessment.
  • Customer engagement as a point of contact for the customer during solution delivery.
  • Subject Matter Expert on both first- and third-party discovery tools.
  • Educate customers on assessment tools.
  • Manage SA provision, inclusive of customer engagement relating to deployment and data coverage;
  • Responsible for trouble-shooting deployment for customers.
  • Perform Copilot Workshops and other assessment portfolios relevant to Microsoft AI Business Solutions.
Assessment Process:
  • Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Strategic Assessment.
  • Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Analysis: Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Assessment Review with Microsoft Solution Specialists, Account Team and/or Microsoft Partners before customer presentation.
  • Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft stakeholders (ATU, STU).
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.
