Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineering professional to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

  • Oversee the development, execution, and continuous improvement of Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments
  • Design and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure efficient and scalable solutions
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and automated deployments
  • Deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications to enhance visibility and performance
  • Establish security best practices and compliance standards across cloud resources to ensure data protection and integrity
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop disaster recovery and high availability solutions for critical services to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity
  • Collaborate with full-stack engineers and data engineers to support application deployment needs and drive innovation
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks and infrastructure management to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Implement and maintain secrets management and access control systems to secure sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers to promote skill development and knowledge sharing
  • Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and onboarding
  • Lead incident response for production infrastructure issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Expertise in Kubernetes administration, deployment, and troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of container technologies (Docker)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation
  • Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions
  • Experience with security best practices and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English for explaining complex infrastructure concepts, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical specifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency with preferred development environment (Mac or Linux) for infrastructure management and DevOps workflows
