A leading global organization is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join its team. As a key member of the development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining Workforce Management (WFM) products and modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement full-stack solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Java, Spring, Kotlin, and Angular2.
  • Develop and maintain relational databases, RESTful APIs, and conduct unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
  • Contribute to planning and estimation activities, and mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.
  • Stay current with new technologies and development tools, and research their application in the industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
  • Strong experience in Java, Spring, Kotlin, and Angular2.
  • Proficiency in relational databases and data modeling.
  • At least 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent analytical and design skills across multiple products.
  • Understanding of the development process, including specifications, documentation, and QA, especially in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with JUnit and Cucumber automation.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks for front-end and back-end components.
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration.

  • Full-stack development experience.
  • Experience with Docker and application servers.
  • Strong database design, optimization, and querying skills.
  • Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
  • Experience with Git is a plus.
