Cloud Software Engineer Role

This is a senior software engineer position that involves generating creative solutions to address complex issues in the OpenAPI suite of products.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and documenting new API endpoints, working closely with the architecture team on existing patterns and practices, and implementing those patterns in the API project.

This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-focused technologies such as AWS, SwaggerHub / API Hub, Git, Docker, C#, Linux, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, Angular, and REST APIs. Knowledge of traditional RDBMS and NoSQL database technologies, including DynamoDb, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in cloud-focused software engineering, preferably using .NET or similar disciplines, and a passion for helping other engineers scale and optimize their services.

  • Besides technical expertise, the candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and effective communication skills.
