Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Platform Specialist

Job Description

SimCorp Manila is seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to lead the design and maintenance of our cloud platform. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for developing automation solutions, supporting colleagues, disseminating knowledge, managing systems, automating testing processes, reviewing code, and enhancing features.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technology tool stacks, Windows OS, and its applications. Expertise in Terraform and Ansible is required, as well as experience with Azure configuration tool stack (ARM templates, Bicep, Az CLI). Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

As a lead, you will drive the strategic implementation and improvement of our solutions, ensuring that they are always ahead of technological advancements. The position demands a high level of proficiency in utilizing modern CI/CD solutions and SecDevOps principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in Terraform and Ansible
  • Profound experience with Azure configuration tool stack (ARM templates, Bicep, Az CLI)
  • Experience in modern CI/CD solutions and SecDevOps principles
  • Strong familiarity with the .NET framework and a broad knowledge of IT infrastructure automation
  • Familiarity with Grafana/Prometheus monitoring stack
