Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Crew Officer
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new crew members.
  • Effective management of global crew changes.
  • Evaluating and developing crew performance, including training programs and compliance with OM matrix regulations.
  • Validating and approving expenses related to crew operations.
Maritime Purchaser
  • Sourcing and procuring essential supplies for vessels.
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring data accuracy within systems.
  • Collaborating with technical experts to meet vessel requirements.
  • Maintaining effective communication with onboard management teams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the Shipping or Maritime industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in English.
