Program Management Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful projects and lead complex initiatives.

  • Develop and execute strategies that optimize policies and processes, enhancing the user experience and internal operations.
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Trust and Safety vision, requirements, and enforcement strategies:
  1. Manage stakeholders through clear, direct, and persuasive communication, while investigating problem areas and presenting recommendations for future-state workflows.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of experience in program management, policy, or process management, with a track record of problem-solving skills and analytical decision-making. They will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
