Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).">
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a QA or engineering environment.">
  • Background in QA, test automation, or engineering.">
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech company.">
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.">
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.">
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.">
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflow and task management.">
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.">
