We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team in Downtown Core, Singapore. This role offers flexible working hours with the opportunity to work on various projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in photography and video editing for marketing content.
- Create and publish promotional posts on social media platforms.
- Help with visa applications worldwide.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls, and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to agency consultants.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Working Hours:
- Typical working hours from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
- Three to four working days per week.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: SGD 15 – SGD 20, based on experience and qualifications.
