Job Description

As a high-level administrative professional, you will provide exceptional organizational and time management support to the CEO of a dynamic organization. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. Fluency in both English and French is essential for effective communication with internal staff and external clients or contractors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and managing the CEO's calendar and emails, prioritizing and responding to routine inquiries.
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and meeting bookings.
  • Managing task lists, deadlines, and sending timely reminders for meetings and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Proven experience managing calendars, emails, and documents for senior executives.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).
