Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing and logistics professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with suppliers on production timelines, capacity, and material flow.
  • Manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, including freight and warehousing services.
  • Track inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies between different systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and manage inventory needs.
  • Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs across manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments, preferably in startups or high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
  • Bonus: Experience in quality control or sustainability practices.

This role will report to the Director of Operations and play a key part in scaling our operations as we expand product lines and distribution channels.
