Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide support for functional and technical queries, ensuring superior client service to business users.

The ideal candidate will interact and liaise with IT and external vendors to resolve issues/defects/outages in a timely fashion.

  1. Provide analysis and take ownership throughout the project lifecycle, from scoping, high-level business requirements, detailed business requirements, to implementation as required.
  2. Review and analyze system specifications, collaborate with project teams to develop effective test strategies and plans.
  3. Demonstrate expertise in projects and system upgrades, testing for various projects/changes, system changes, and upgrades.
  4. Utilize subject matter expertise to perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and ongoing BAU change agendas.
  5. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, establish trust within business teams, and gain enthusiasm within the teams.
  6. Work closely with regional functional managers to ensure smooth communication and implementation of processes/projects.
  7. Provide consulting to stakeholders to identify and understand issues, drivers, environment, or business needs.
  8. Perform functional reviews of transformational initiatives and ongoing BAU change agendas with advanced subject matter expertise.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Relevant product knowledge; experienced in consulting, analysis, and change management.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong functional domain expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of applications used by business partners, with functional competencies.
Requirements
  • A college or university degree and relevant proven work experience are required. IIBA Certification is advantageous.
