Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees
  • Administer the departmental budget for training and development initiatives
  • Source and develop effective training materials using various media
  • Train and coach managers, supervisors, and other staff members on employee development best practices
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate employee development events and activities
  • Develop and maintain organizational communications to promote employee development opportunities
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Modify programs as needed to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our employees
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
  • Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
  • Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a business-oriented mindset
