We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our team at PESO Resources Development Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing employee development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct annual training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees
- Administer the departmental budget for training and development initiatives
- Source and develop effective training materials using various media
- Train and coach managers, supervisors, and other staff members on employee development best practices
- Plan, organize, and facilitate employee development events and activities
- Develop and maintain organizational communications to promote employee development opportunities
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs
- Modify programs as needed to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our employees
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs
- Significant experience with effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with a business-oriented mindset
