Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at Nityo Infotech. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning content for various corporate and BPO settings.

About the Role:

  • Design and develop interactive learning content using Articulate 360 (Storyline 360 and Rise)
  • Develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and E-learning content
  • Work with Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver high-quality training programs

About You:

  • At least 4 years of combined experience in ILT and E-learning development
  • 2-3 years of experience working with LMS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Articulate 360
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: PHP 40,000 - PHP 80,000 per month for 3 years of experience, PHP 50,000 - PHP 90,000 per month for 4 years of experience
  • Allowance: PHP 3,600 monthly
  • Sign-on Bonus: equivalent to one month's salary
  • Locations: Open to all sites, with a preference for Makati (Alabang, QC, and Taguig also considered)
  • Shift: 4 PM to 12/1 AM (mid-shift), hybrid setup with minimum 2 days onsite per week, maximum 12 onsite days per month, fixed weekends off
