Marketing Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a design-savvy professional who enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging visual content such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.
  • Maintain internal and external communication channels including the company intranet and various marketing platforms.
  • E nsure brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with the creation and layout of bid documents, ensuring alignment with submission requirements.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using project management tools.
  • Coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks utilizing Monday.com or similar platforms.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio; proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or other digital marketing platforms is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
