Visual Content Lead Position

The role of Visual Content Lead involves overseeing the quality assurance process for edited visual content, including still images, videos, and digital media. This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be managing a team of QA specialists and junior editors to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

As a Visual Content Lead, you will work closely with the creative team to identify and resolve issues related to color correction, cropping, file formats, metadata, and resolution. You will also develop and maintain checklists, documentation, and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. If you have experience in image/video editing or post-production, this role may be suited for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the QA process for all edited visual content.
  • Review and approve final edits to ensure alignment with project specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Manage and train a team of QA specialists and junior editors.
  • Develop and maintain checklists, documentation, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to resolve issues related to image editing tools and visual content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in image/video editing or post-production, with at least 2 years in a QA or supervisory role.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
