Boldr is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior People Operations Specialist.
- This role will provide administrative support for timekeeping requests, leaves, procurement, and other internal manager approvals.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding logistics such as access provisioning and equipment allocation.
- Assist the Senior Manager in conducting monthly probation performance reviews and uploading documentation on BambooHR.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and ensure timely follow-ups with Team Members.
- Maintain relationships with Team Members and act as the initial point of contact for questions, concerns, and escalations.
- Direct Team Members to appropriate departments for resolution of requests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to Team Members.
- Collaborating with Clients to understand their specific HR needs and challenges.
- Supporting Client communications and addressing Team Member concerns and escalations.
- Collaborate with the Senior People Operations Manager to refine performance evaluation frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline and automate HR-related processes.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR or Finance operations, preferably in a global or multi-regional capacity.
- Advanced capability in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
