Junior Quality Assurance Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Quality Assurance Consultant to join our team. As a Junior QA Consultant, you will play a key role in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for both customer and internal projects.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career QA looking to grow technical and business skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is fully remote, and You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and QA acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test and validate integrations between Aprimo and external web applications.
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
  • Test and validate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
  • Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using Azure DevOps or similar tools.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role (internships, school projects welcome).
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
