Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist
DescriptionConduct thorough quality evaluations of customer interactions, including phone calls and digital communications. Assess these interactions for accuracy, timeliness, and overall quality, providing actionable insights to improve performance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods, identifying areas for improvement.
- Report evaluation results to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Quality Leadership staff to ensure scoring consistency and best practices.
- Maintain strong knowledge base on company products, services, and strategies.
- Meet departmental productivity requirements, completing a set number of evaluations within established timeframes.
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited institution.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn new software as needed.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong analytical skills.
Entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to acquire basic skills and gain experience in the field. Work is prescribed and completed under close supervision or defined procedures.
