
Customer Service Expert

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Support Specialist to join our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues, developing self-service opportunities, and guiding customers through the features and functionalities of our platform.
You will work closely with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems and continuously enhance speed and efficiency to provide customers with the best experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and implement self-service opportunities to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve platform-related problems
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science or information technology
- Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
- Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
