Technical Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our expanding team as a Technical Consultant. This role involves assisting customers in adopting the Workato platform for integration and automation from both business and technical perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers by providing technical consulting, guidance, and enablement to achieve value quickly.
• Collaborate with customers to gather integration and automation requirements and lead the solution design process jointly.
• Share best practices from a business and technical perspective related to deployment models, governance structures, integration design, and build.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to review customer requirements and feedback, identify opportunities for platform enhancements, and manage customer expectations.
• Develop into a Workato evangelist who can discover and demonstrate how the platform effectively helps companies with their business automation needs across various industries.
• Establish yourself as a trusted customer advisor and advocate within the organization.
• Participate in and conduct post-onboarding deployment health checks and provide guidance on integration and process optimizations.
• Contribute to the growth of the team by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for use by customers and the extended team.
• Prioritize and deliver an outstanding customer service experience to Workato customers.

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in solutions and implementation consulting.
• Knowledge and understanding of integrations and system design principles.
• Good understanding of technology and industry trends, especially in the app integration space.
• Good understanding of database technologies, such as SQL and Postgres.
• Demonstrated good understanding of on-premise infrastructure & cloud-based deployments, configurations, along with monitoring & management.
• Demonstrated understanding of the SDLC & end-to-end experience in developing, supporting & troubleshooting integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to create quality technical documentation.
• Experience working with at least one (1) Integration Platform, such as Workato, Tray, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, WebMethods, Oracle Integration Suite.
• Experience working with cloud business apps like Workday / NetSuite / Salesforce / ServiceNow / SAP is a plus.
• Experience with web development frameworks and knowledge of JS frontend and backend is a plus.
