Key Role in Customer Satisfaction

You will play a vital part in making our customers smile and building trust for the store among them.


As a key member of the team, you will provide irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives our customers a good reason to return.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customer satisfaction by adopting an attitude based on core values;
  • Being a good ambassador for the store in all contact with customers and giving them a good reason to return again and again;
  • Being passionate about products and actively learning about their content, origins, and other benefits to share with customers and colleagues;
  • Optimizing sales by knowing top-selling items, supporting range changes, preparing area readiness, contributing to department action plans, and staying informed about local competition;
  • Complying with internal rules, policies, and daily operational routines set by management;
  • Executing store operations and ensuring they align with Functional Commercial Review standards.
