Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

This role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to deliver actionable insights that improve business performance, streamline operations, and drive efficiency.

  • Gathering, Analyzing, and Interpreting Data: Collect, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for various business functions.
  • Research and Strategy: Conduct research on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Collaboration and Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and develop data-driven solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across systems and platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
  • ERP Systems and Business Analytics Software: Experience with ERP systems and business analytics software.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
