Our company seeks a talented Business Analysis professional to support data-driven decision-making across our organization.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to deliver actionable insights that drive business performance improvement, streamline operations, and optimize efficiency.

  • Gather and analyze business and operational data to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models for various business functions.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and develop data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Support financial and operational reporting by automating data extraction and analysis processes.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of data across systems and platforms.
  • Recommend new systems, tools, and processes to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years relevant experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. They should be proficient in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI, experienced with ERP systems and business analytics software, and able to present complex data in a clear and understandable format.

The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
