Grow with us, and be a part of the Bayanihan spirit. ROLE OVERVIEW:Portfolio Strategy DevelopmentConduct deep-dive analyses into therapeutic categories (TCs) and market trends. Facilitate working sessions and alignments with business units.

Strategic Formulation & PresentationSynthesize key data points for strategic formulation and present recommendations.Develop high-impact reports and executive-level presentations. Stakeholder Engagement & InfluenceCollaborate with multiple business units to ensure alignment in portfolio strategies. Guide and facilitate strategy workshops and discussions across the organization.

Team Development and Capability BuildingDevelop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Attained Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering or any other related business field. With at least 10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations.

With solid background in business strategy, ideally from consulting or cross-functional corporate planning, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments. Must be highly analytical, confident in synthesizing insights, and capable of influencing senior leaders while managing multiple strategic workstreams across the organization.
