Portfolio Strategy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Strategy Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This role will involve conducting in-depth analyses of therapeutic categories and market trends, facilitating working sessions and alignments with business units.

The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize key data points for strategic formulation and present recommendations, developing high-impact reports and executive-level presentations.

They will also collaborate with multiple business units to ensure alignment in portfolio strategies, guiding and facilitating strategy workshops and discussions across the organization.

In addition, they will develop and elevate team capabilities to support strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related business field is required.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations is necessary.
  • A strong background in business strategy, ideally from consulting or cross-functional corporate planning, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments is essential.
  • Highly analytical, able to synthesize insights and influence senior leaders while managing multiple strategic workstreams across the organization is required.
