Virtual Assistant Standard Operating Procedure

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support our prop trading business through trade data tracking, execution oversight, and financial dashboard management.

This role demands precision, consistency, and reliability in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Track live trade data (entry/exit time, price, profit/loss, spread, strategy tag, session, time of day).
  • Maintain summary statistics per strategy and per pair.

Deliver concise, visual daily reports at rollover to monitor strategies at Forex rollover daily. Ensure EAs are active and trades copy correctly to prop accounts. Troubleshoot and escalate trade execution issues immediately. Organize and log backtest results by pair and strategy. Record metrics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy). Tag strategies for live testing consideration.

  2. Track status of challenges and payouts.
  3. Maintain login credentials securely.
  4. Follow up on prop firm payouts and support issues.
  5. Keep records audit-ready and updated.
  6. Join weekly check-ins for updates and planning.
