Financial Operations Manager


Description:

The financial operations manager oversees the entire accounting process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting.

This role involves managing all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for tax planning and compliance, internal and external audits, and leading the accounting team to achieve high performance.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance, including filing of tax returns.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.
  • Develop and implement robust accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within accounting, with a background in a large accounting firm preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
