Financial Leadership Opportunity


About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to lead our financial operations and drive strategic growth. This key position will oversee the consolidation of financial statements, partner with controllers to close monthly books, and manage holding company accounting functions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial data across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Collaborate with operating company controllers to ensure timely month-end closes.
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and other holding company accounting functions.
  • Support tax filings, audits, and purchase price accounting during acquisitions.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes to support our organization's growth.

Requirements
  • CPA designation required.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles, preferably in M&A and consolidation environments.
  • Background in acquisitive companies preferred.
