We are seeking a creative professional to join our team. As Marketing and Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, marketing, and advertising. You should be able to create engaging visual content across multiple channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

The role involves designing and creating a wide range of materials, including print collateral, digital assets, presentations, infographics, and promotional items. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and have experience working with social media platforms.

A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field is required. At least two years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio is preferred. The ideal candidate should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop visually engaging marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, presentations, infographics, and promotional items
  • Design and update website elements, landing pages, and email templates in alignment with brand guidelines
  • Develop visual content for social media platforms, including static images, animations, and video graphics
  • Produce compelling presentation decks for internal and external use
  • Collaborate with the product team on UI elements for the platform

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Creating digital advertising assets and visual elements for blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
  2. Ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and supporting brand evolution
  3. Designing branded materials for events, conferences, and trade shows
  4. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors (printers, agencies, freelancers)

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing design with a strong portfolio across print and digital media
  • Proven team lead experience in a creative or marketing setting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong background in social media marketing and recent experience designing for various platforms

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

While not required, the following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or wellness industries
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices
  • Experience managing or working on WordPress websites
