The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Financial Specialist or other relevant role, with experience in sectors and companies with high sales volumes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain the financial health of the organization by analyzing costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and comparing them to business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Support businesses by corresponding with various departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths.
  • Process all BIR documents and ensure approval.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of Philippine statutory legislation and regulations.
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar considered a plus.
