This Trade Marketing Coordinator role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising and project management, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Trade Marketing Head in planning and executing LMS, merchandise, and branch expansion-related items, including content creation, purchase requests, production, and delivery of various items.
  2. Manage daily engagement and posts related to Lobby Management Standards (LMS) on the Viva Engage/Yammer community, including content planning and coordination with other departments.
  3. Coordinate with the General Services Division and external parties for any merchandise or materials needed for the projects under Trade Marketing, including costing and successful production.
  4. Supervise the timely delivery of branch merchandise, handle the inventory tool, and manage the brand site request page.
  5. Research the best approaches that the bank can take to promote the company through Trade Marketing projects (e.g., Product marketing in-branch).

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia.
  2. 0-3 years experience in Advertising, Marketing/Business Development/PR Events, Banking, Research and Development.
  3. Experience in retail merchandising and project management.
  4. Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
