Senior Project Associate

This position involves streamlining processes, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
- Take accurate meeting notes and prepare reports for key meetings.
- Manage daily agendas, including task reminders and preparation.
- Organize project plans in ClickUp, tag stakeholders, request missing information, and prioritize tasks.
- Input and assign tasks after client calls; ensure all tasks are properly assigned with realistic deadlines.
- Communicate regularly with account strategists to review task status and adjust timelines as needed.
- Monitor backend project progress across all clients, with deeper involvement in select accounts to ensure smooth handoffs and deliverables.
- Weekly reporting and data entry into internal project boards.
- Coordinate with creative/copy teams as needed, including updating templates or creating workflows for clients.
- Capture action items, assign them in PM tool, and ensure completion.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and support ad-hoc tasks such as copy drafting, data exports, dashboard updates, and vendor coordination.
