Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of sales strategies.

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead outbound efforts, refine messaging, and build new campaigns for high-impact roles. You will also guide prospects from interest to signed contract, mentor and train junior sales team members, and collaborate with other departments to boost performance.

Key responsibilities include owning outbound sales execution, closing new clients per quarter, building and coaching a lean sales engine, improving sales process and client experience, and maintaining clean reporting in CRM software.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-7 years of closing experience with US/UK staffing or RPO firms
  • Proven success in hitting $1M+ annual sales target
  • Strong knowledge of direct-hire placements, especially in healthcare or accounting
  • Comfortable working with SDRs and managing KPIs in CRM software
  • Driven, process-oriented, and hungry to grow into a leadership role
