Business Intelligence Data Analyst Role

The company is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Data Analyst to play a key role in advancing the ETL process, report development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

This position requires working with large amounts of data to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transfer to new formats. The ideal candidate will provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns, and communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.

  • Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to consolidate business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs.
  • Design and develop sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools.
  • Drive comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Align BI strategies with overall business goals through collaboration with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain databases, reports, and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to identify trends and insights from large datasets.
  • Design and implement data visualizations to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and reporting software (e.g., Power BI).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Certification in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
