Digital Channel Strategist

This role involves overseeing Brand Development and eCommerce Channel Strategy. This includes coordinating onboarding and launch activities, content management, promotion and campaign management, inventory and operations management, and reporting and performance review.

  • Work closely with the Brand while liaising with marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee.
  • Coordinate daily with internal teams including Warehouse and Operations, Creatives, Data, and Finance.
  • The role requires basic knowledge and experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, retail, distribution models, and brand management.

Key responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Launch Coordination: Assist onboarding of accounts; provide support and resolve issues incurred in onboarding of accounts.
  • Content Management: Coordinate with Creatives Team and gather information & data required for Marketing Assets from the client.
  • Promotion and Campaign Management: Coordinate between Brand and Marketplace on promotional and campaign calendar.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent English and Tagalog speaking, listening, and writing skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment within a cross-functional team.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge in Platforms Seller Center is a plus.
