This is a highly specialized position that requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the transaction process for real estate transactions.
- Transaction Management: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing real estate transactions, possessing excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Document Preparation: Collect and review required documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Closing Coordination: Prepare and review CD/HUD forms using lender instructions, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately calculated and documented.
- Disbursement: Assemble, prepare, and review all closing documents before the closing date to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: The successful candidate will adhere to regulatory requirements by following industry standards throughout the closing process.
- Client Experience Enhancement: Explore opportunities to add value to the client experience, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout the closing process.
The successful candidate will possess multitasking abilities, maintain high levels of accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to new tools and processes are essential for this role.
Requirements: A minimum of three years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and familiarity with Accutitle, Front, Vonage (or similar tools and software).
