Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative individual to join our team as an Operations Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solutions to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a drive to make a meaningful impact. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and be responsible for overseeing early warning systems to proactively manage and mitigate operational anomalies.

  • Solution delivery to customers

  • System diagnostics and implementation of solutions to ensure seamless solution delivery
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or solution delivery roles
  • Hands-on experience in functional, regression, and integration testing
  • Test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
  • Experience working in 24/7 operational environments with rotating or shifting schedules
  • Familiarity with release management processes, including scheduled and on-demand deployments
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration with development, operations, and business teams
  • Experience in system monitoring and incident response using early warning or alerting systems
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
  • Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Basic knowledge of AI concepts and how they apply to real-world use cases
  • Familiarity with system diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in use case development, test case design, and validation testing
  • Ability to create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
