About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to spearhead our team with expertise in cyber security and strategy.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing consultants. They will also exhibit outstanding problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to analyze complex issues and recommend solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team with experts at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagements: Delivering high-value engagements and working closely with clients' stakeholders to understand their business objectives and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity consultants/analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Cybersecurity Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of existing clients' cybersecurity capabilities against industry standards/frameworks (people, process, technology), identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Cyber Strategy Development: Develop tailored cybersecurity strategies that align with the client's business goals, regulatory requirements, and risk profile.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, information systems management, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology, IT audits, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing consultants.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with professionals at all levels.
