Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of our e-commerce store and drive its return to peak performance.

This role offers the chance to revitalize an e-commerce operation that requires expert skills in listing optimization, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimization.

You will have full autonomy to implement your e-commerce expertise, optimize listings, and execute strategies that directly impact business growth.

Our e-commerce operations also include Amazon, Walmart, and a Shopify website. This is a results-driven environment where your e-commerce skills can truly shine and make a measurable difference in business performance.


Responsibilities:
  • Take complete ownership of e-commerce store operations with full autonomy and minimal oversight
  • Optimize product listings including crafting compelling titles, descriptions, and bullet points that drive conversions
  • Conduct strategic competitor research and pricing analysis to maintain competitive market positioning
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries and messages through various platforms
  • Execute advanced listing optimization techniques to maximize product visibility and search rankings
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure all product information remains current and accurate
  • Create engaging product descriptions and basic graphics to enhance listing appeal
  • Implement targeted marketing strategies specifically designed for e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor store performance metrics and proactively implement improvements to drive revenue recovery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operational independence

Requirements:
  • Proven track record managing e-commerce stores with demonstrated results
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce platform operations, best practices, and optimization techniques
  • Expertise in listing optimization, SEO principles, and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong experience with competitor research, market analysis, and dynamic pricing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer service mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design tools or strong willingness to learn and develop these skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management processes and systems
  • Familiarity with e-commerce analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
