Job Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring service level performance at interval levels against planned AHT, Aux & Shrinkage and correlating with non-adherence at Consultant level
  • Making real-time call-outs on performance and staffing levels to floor supervisors for appropriate action on non-adhering Consultants
  • Following up to ensure call-outs on non-adherence are corrected to improve productivity performance and drive optimized service level and utilization delivery
  • Coordinating offline activities
  • Partnering with Ops MOD and keeping them informed through call-outs on consultant-level deviations and KPIs
  • Preparing and submitting EOD performance analysis reports accurately
