Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Developer to fill this key role. The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain end-to-end Business Intelligence solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable and usable Business Intelligence solutions for various business units.
  • Develop, optimize and maintain Extract Transform Load pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into centralized data warehouses.
  • Create, publish and manage interactive dashboards, reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical Business Intelligence specifications and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or in a similar analytics-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in Business Intelligence visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik, including experience with DAX, custom visuals or advanced dashboard design.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, stored procedures and working with large complex datasets across multiple database platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Business Intelligence and data solutions (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and their integration capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interpret complex datasets and deliver clear meaningful insights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
