Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Professional

The Compliance Analyst role is a critical function in maintaining the organization's reputation and integrity. This position will ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, and compliance procedures are upheld across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ongoing oversight of compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compliance processes and checklists in different regions.
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to stay up-to-date on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments and business units to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and implement necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

  • University Degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC.
