Job Overview

This role involves providing support for client relationships, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. The primary responsibilities include managing back-office operations for a Jewish non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and update CRM systems and other databases for accurate donation records, contact information, and community data.
  • Update websites with event details, registration links, calendars, and graphics using drag-and-drop interfaces.
  • Assist in drafting and distributing weekly community emails or announcements to promote classes, events, or initiatives.
  • Coordinate publishing timelines and work with internal teams to deliver materials and client requests on time.
Requirements
  • At least a year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, proactive collaboration, and ability to operate independently and as a team player.
  • Positive attitude, honesty, and personable approach to foster trust and bring an uplifting presence to work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce (experience with Salesforce NPSP is a major plus)
  • Basic spreadsheet/Excel formulas and navigation (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Website management (e.g. SquareSpace, Ecwid, Wix)
