Hiring and Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hiring and Recruiting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Methods: Utilize online job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience from application to offer stage ensuring a seamless process.
  • Hiring Manager Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Recruitment Progress Updates: Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipeline.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates for US-based roles.
  • Remote Work Experience: Previous experience working as a hiring and recruiting specialist in a remote environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
