Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee our recruitment team and drive business growth.

This strategic role is responsible for providing direction, guidance, and support to the recruitment team to ensure timely and efficient hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT professionals in Latin America.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand position requirements and drive the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting high-caliber talent.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddles, and lead team meetings with established agendas.
  • Develop and implement effective performance optimization plans for all team members, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are set and met.
Requirements
  • Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to interpret data from various internal and external sources and predict trends.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes and interacting directly with Client hiring managers and recruiters.
